We make our own using a few simple ingredients of washing soda , soap flakes, and borax. This is way more efficient than running your air conditioner. Save toilet paper rolls and donate them to local day cares. Choose detergents that are plant based, concentrated, and biodegradable. Use cold water. Don’t waste gas.
