After years of formulating, testing and re-formulating, he proudly introduced HBL, Health, Beauty and Life. I like how the shampoo has a little lather to it, many of the newer shampoos have no lather at all and I find myself using more shampoo sometimes to compensate which wasn’t necessary here. All opinions remain my own.
