Recently, my oldest daughter had a swim meet that was 35 minutes away and she needed to be IN the pool for warm up at 7 AM. I’m not my best at 5:30 AM, especially on a weekend, and I had no desire to make a big hearty breakfast. When the alarm went off at 5:30 AM that Saturday, I was not very happy about it. .
