In his 50′s he studied real estate and the local housing market to find a home to fix up and sell. Gender equality. He had a house moved.

This is the first rule of real estate, right? We wanted a one story house because my mom will be visiting and has trouble with her knees. The final reason why we chose our house is because it had one of the biggest backyards we saw when house hunting, and there were no other houses behind it. Outdoor Space Is Important.
