All the flavors of apple pie in a moist cupcake and then topped with vanilla cinnamon frosting! Baking is usually not my thing, but this is the one time of year I actually enjoy it. And my Pumpkin Cake has been one of the most popular recipes on the blog since I posted it. No one in my family loves cooked apples by themselves.
