What We Ate this Week: Monday: Burrito Bowls with leftover chicken from last week. Thursday: leftovers from Tuesday and Wednesday nights. You could buy up to 2 turkeys when you spend $25 or more, (turkeys not included). Even if you’re not hosting a big gathering, buy them. Christmas is just 5 short week away.

Tuesday: We had a lot of pesto ranch chicken leftover from last week , so I cooked some bacon in the oven and made chicken & bacon quesadillas. They were yummy and a great way to use up leftover chicken. Our home was built in 1969 with baseboard electric heat, which equals pretty high electric bills in the winter.
