Yep, I found a $20 bill while running on the beach! I allocated cash every month to the non-fixed categories like groceries, restaurants, clothing, and miscellaneous and stuck to the allocation. Finding extra money is a game for me. Over the years, I have found money through rebates, refunds, online sales, and even the ground.

I listen to a podcast called Wonderful where a married couple talk about "things that are good, things that we like, things that we're into" and I like to check in every once in a while and do the same, but when it comes to travel. I'm especially partial to compression cubes, because it makes my small cube of clothes even more compact.
