The Portland Art Museum offers free admission from 5-8pm every 4th Friday of the month and it’s a great way to get a bit of culture. They just had a free admission day on May 18th to celebrate International Museum Day!

You have to pay to go to the top, but it’s no cost to visit the museum, river front, and Arch grounds.
