My daughter-in-law went with me (my first grandson in tow) to look over various properties and we found one we both preferred. To top it off, she owned one of the units; and her brother owned another. Do you have a vacation rental? This really took a bite out of our income. Guess which ones always rented first? Hint: not mine.
