I have a rule now that if I want to buy a book, I need to donate one. I consoled myself with the thought that I rarely buy paper towels and use cloth napkins, so it all balances out. It’s healthier, and when eggs were incredibly expensive, it was much more economical (still is since I buy flaxmeal in bulk).
