I mentioned in my menu plan last week that I was planning to do some freezer cooking as well as a meal swap with friends. I traded my six meals for six different meals from the others. Mashed Potatoes – 14 (this was something extra I did to use up some potatoes that I purchased in bulk). Then we all swapped.
