I’ve never been a fan of Chicken Tortilla soup. I’m also not a huge fan of cheese. I shouldn’t say I don’t like it, but I do think it’s overused and can sometimes take away from the dish. You could skip the browning process, but I think it gives it another layer of flavor. 3.2.2802. .
