What We Ate this Week: Monday: Burrito Bowls with leftover chicken from last week. Cheap turkeys. Even if you’re not hosting a big gathering, buy them. Our home also has electric baseboard heaters, but they are inefficient and quite costly, so we don’t use them. Ebates is FREE and super easy to use.

They’re thick, full of flavor, and melt to cheesy perfection. For an extra pop of flavor use, the onion flavor like in this recipe but use what you want. They’re heartier than regular English muffins, and I LOVE the texture! Use a biscuit cutter or mason jar lid to make egg circles.
