I’ve been thinking of this recipe after seeing Rachel Ray make an avocado sauce months ago. I’ve never made guacamole, or had leftover avocado, that didn’t turn brown (despite using lemon juice to prevent it). Serve with chips, tacos, burritos, or eat it over a grilled steak! Directions.
