I made a huge salad to get us through the week, tried a new recipe that I found on Facebook, and whipped up a batch of Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins with some ripe bananas that I had on the counter. It’s a more expensive cut of meat, but truly tender and worth an occasional indulgence, especially when I buy it on sale.
