I am confused by “restocking” videos

Basically, they consist of people noisily arranging food/toiletries/drinks in aesthetically-pleasing storage containers or drawers, rather than storing them in the packaging they came in. I also understand that some food containers are not meant for use over time. Here’s one for a guest bathroom. No need to pay for a label.
