Bring in your slightly used, but in good shape costume and pick one from those others brought in – as a swap. Don’t buy, make. My daughter-in-law came up with this idea, buying bulk pumpkins and bulk flowers. Like me, buy them used and then reuse them each year. Free Kids Crafts has some ideas.
