What We Ate this Week: Monday: Burrito Bowls with leftover chicken from last week. Thursday: leftovers from Tuesday and Wednesday nights. For breakfast this week , I cooked up several packages of breakfast sausage that I found marked down breakfast sausage at the grocery store on Sunday. 39/lb turkeys at Giant Food Stores.

Tuesday: We had a lot of pesto ranch chicken leftover from last week , so I cooked some bacon in the oven and made chicken & bacon quesadillas. They were yummy and a great way to use up leftover chicken. However, we use a ventless gas fireplace in a corner of the living room as our main source of heat. It’s awesome.
