Living in Indy and being so close to Indianapolis Motor Speedway it only seems natural. Fabric glue $2.00 (because I was too lazy to sew). Toss on a hat and you have yourself a super easy and CHEAP Halloween costume. I gave her the leftover fabric she can wave like a flag. I mean who wouldn’t? There aren’t any rules!
