Whether it’s starting the day, taking an afternoon break or capping off a meal, Fat Free BAILEYS® Coffee Creamers are a delicious way to flavor your coffee while treating yourself to the same experience as a decadent dessert. What I liked least about them was they didn’t have any fat-free varieties. Now they do which is great!

I say pretty much because on Friday I had lunch at the conference. Some of my faves are already gone from this shipment – oh breakfast burrito and chocolate cheesecake! I have become more creative with my desserts. Total weight loss since start of program: 18.5 This week I’ll be home all week and on track 100%!
