I now have a freezer stocked with homemade dinners that I can pull out for nights when I need a quick meal. Scrambled Eggs with Cheese, Toast with Homemade Jelly (we’ll eat this most mornings). Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Pancakes (I made about 50 of these for the freezer recently). Lunches: Leftovers.

Breakfasts: Scrambled Eggs with Cheese, Toast with Homemade Jelly (we’ll eat this most mornings). Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Pancakes (I made another big batch of these recently.). Lunches: Leftovers. Homemade Pizza. Snacky Lunch” – Yogurt, nuts, cheese, fruit, crackers, etc. Grilled Chicken Salad.
