We live in downtown Portland and there are so many festivals and events coming up on schedule. A few weeks ago we went to the Cinco De Mayo festival at Waterfront Park and had a great time seeing the dance and musical performances. acres Portland Japanese Garden is the most authentic Japanese garden outside of Japan.
