But with the temps dropping here in Nashville the past few weeks, I’ve been making all kinds of soups and stews, and this suddenly sounded good. If I was going to add any kind of cheese to this dish, I’d definitely go with a sharp cheddar of some kind. They easier the recipe, and less I have to clean afterward, the better!
