Am I Frugal – or Cheap?

Of course, to protect the glass and window/door hardware you have to tape and paper it. I use old casual office clothes to work around the house. I have a closet full of work clothes I wore to the office for 20 years, mostly casual slacks and blouses. Now I need gardening, housework and other casual type clothing.

Another benefit is that I am cutting the governments out of the loop – there no sales taxes on used stuff (except big things of course, like boats or cars).
