However, I wait until spring and summer to buy decorations – and get them at garage sales. Winter clothes. Brand name TVs. Practically every site I checked recommended waiting to buy brand name TVs until the electronics show in mid-January takes place. Most claimed that the holiday sales were of no-name TVs.

I''m always looking for girls clothing, good books, and clean Tupperware. And by successful, I mean we got rid of just about everything that I put out, except for 3 boxes of winter clothes. Also, include a description of what is being offered in the details, such as sizes of clothing, particular furniture, collectibles, etc.

Growing up in the fifties made me everlastingly grateful for a number of things, such as hot running water, central air conditioning, automatic dishwashers, TV remote control, the internet, personal computers (typewriters really sucked – no backspacing!), Most of us did not have clothes dryers, we dried the clothes on a line outside.

Two car garages. With the two income household came the need for more than one set of wheels and consequently the desire for multiple garages. A TV in every room. Our parents had TVs (most of them), but typically only one per household. TV was family entertainment and watched as a family. Many new homes now have 4.

This is what I did and the job was much bigger than I thought so, come bed time, the bed was still under a pile of clothing! Wipe the drawer with a damp cloth and replace only the items you have decided to keep. What about the old refrigerator in the garage you only use when you have a party? Will I wear/want this? Do I need it?
