Sprinkle baking soda on the toilet brush and remove stained areas. Make clothes in the laundry “brighter” by adding a 1/2 cup vinegar to the rinse cycle. Pour vinegar into the toilet and let it sit for 30 minutes. Remove stickers on furniture or other surfaces with vinegar. Clean windows with half vinegar and half water.

Remove water marks from furniture with a mixture of vinegar and olive oil – rub in direction of grain then polish with a soft cloth. Use a half a cup of distilled white vinegar in the last rinse cycle of your wash to reduce static, remove mold, soften fabric and prevent yellowing. Leave it on until the cloth cools. Make pickles.

Vinegar, bleach, Borax, and baking soda are all popular choices, but my absolute favorite thing to clean with is vinegar. Apply with a soft polishing cloth. Sprinkle baking soda and a little dish soap all over your bathtub and scrub with a wet sponge. Add 1 cup of vinegar to the rinse cycle or your washer. It just works!
