We spent the past weekend yanking weeds, trimming the edges, spreading mulch, and sprucing up our front yard landscaping. In place of wood chips, we buy leaf compost from our township. Now we're just waiting for the perennials to grow. It has been a problem area ever since we re-did our landscaping in 2007.
