Living in Indy and being so close to Indianapolis Motor Speedway it only seems natural. Here’s what I used: I bought a plain red sleeper from a consignment shop for $1.99. Now that costumes are so much more advanced I was always that Mom that went crazy for Halloween. Aww they looked so cute in all of their pictures.
