I am confused by “restocking” videos

This is an expensive hobby I know some people probably just do this restocking for fun, which is fine. I do have some hesitations about how healthy it is to consume this content, though, mainly because of the effect it could have on people. Labeled glass containers make a lot of sense in such cases.
