So, in celebration of his birthday, I'm making my first homemade cake for him (with whole wheat flour - yikes!), Whole Wheat Zucchini Bread Decadent Chocolate Cake (made with whole wheat flour) for my son's birthday! On a side note, we tried the Lemon Coconut Cookies recipe last week. This is a special week in our family.
