I buy the big bunches of kale when they go on sale at Whole Foods and easily get 2-3 meals out of them and I ADORE the roasted frozen corn at Trader Joe’s. If you are new to the site, my cooking is focused on two things. Cost and nutrition. Since it’s roasted before freezing, it has a ton of flavor.
