We just celebrated Memorial Day here in the United States. For those of you not familiar with this holiday, Memorial Day honors the men and women who gave their lives to serve our country. It is a day for remembrance and celebration. It is easy to transport and, best of all, is extremely inexpensive to make.

School started after Labor Day and ended after Memorial Day. People cooked and ate at home. Cheap (not just inexpensive, I mean cheap – easy to break) toys came from post-war Japan. They used aprons over them when they cooked. Heck, there were barely chain guards! Kids walked to school. Food/shopping.

In my city we have inexpensive corn as well as Mangos. Well this week is better than last but still fairly mediocre. My store triples coupons up to $.39
