I am confused by “restocking” videos

This is an expensive hobby I know some people probably just do this restocking for fun, which is fine. To be clear, I AM a big fan of reusable containers! I know at Whole Foods, you used to dispense bulk food into a thin plastic bag, which was clearly not meant for long-term storage. Ready to be de-influenced?
