It's hot in Dallas. I know office buildings are terrible about it, but what about the theater? I'm sure this is not news to you. It zaps your strength and melts your face. It makes the small of your back sweat just to step outside or walk to the car. But INDOORS, it's cold. Like an icebox some places.) Do they do that everywhere?

We have executives in the office this week, which means I’m trying to dress more…office-y. But over all I think it works. But it is really cold for Dallas, 30 something. I used to dress that way all the time, so I know it’s possible, but I also used to be 35-40 pounds heavier and have an entirely different wardrobe!

In Dallas, I often have to go to multiple Targets to get a dress the day a designer collection debuts, and due to their popularity, even if I get there right when the store opens, it’s not a sure thing, so having the entire collection to quietly shop at my own pace was just magical. I tried on several things. It was amazing. But I didn’t.

Warm, but not hot (not by Dallas, TX standards anyway) and sunny. I am always struck by how much harder it becomes to dress for the office in nice, warm weather. In the Winter, you can layer and if the office is hot, lose a sweater or pair of socks. I don’t want to cover up cute Spring outfits! I want bare legs and sandals!
