I realize not everyone has family heirlooms to give away, but my grandmother was downsizing and gifted her grandchildren pieces from her Fostoria Glass collection that were my grandparents’ wedding gifts back in 1945. My aunt gifts her nieces and nephews with loaves of homemade cinnamon bread every Christmas. Family Heirlooms.

My sister-in-law and her husband had one that they used and rented out and indicated that it was doing well. I wanted a place for our family to gather – adult children and grandchildren along with us. My daughter-in-law went with me (my first grandson in tow) to look over various properties and we found one we both preferred.
