Wouldn’t it be great if everyone who will give you a holiday gift this year could just find exactly what you want or need! My daughter-in-law went with me (my first grandson in tow) to look over various properties and we found one we both preferred. Our rental season is pretty much limited to 2 weeks in June, all of July and 2 weeks in August – sometimes with a holiday or two thrown in. I was counting on an average of 4 months rentals.
