We bought our house as a short sale in 2008. We can get free apples from my mom and uncle and we make it into applesauce – usually 60-80 jars. I think I could have gotten discouraged in my 20’s when I was chipping away at student loan debt and a car loan and in my 30’s when I had two kids in day care.
