Sure, you roll your eyes when the Valentine chocolates are out on December 26th, but come February 14th, the shelves are clear. My original thought was, “ugh, bad timing”, but then I had a moment of, “Hold on, I’m an adult (with no money), what am I doing celebrating Halloween anyway?” on V-day 2012! Go Frugal'
