Include breakfasts, lunches, dinners and even snacks in your planning. For lunch, we usually pack a cooler with food each day that we are at the beach and eat out somewhere for lunch on the one day when we need a sun-break. For dinner, we''ll plan to eat in on 5 nights and eat out 2 nights.

I am super excited to try the Loaded Baked Potato since the Cheesy Homestyle Potatoes are my favorite for lunch! I start with a garden vegetable omelet with a splash of hot taco sauce at 430 am before leaving for work, next I drink my coffee protein shake in the car on the way to work.

I say pretty much because on Friday I had lunch at the conference. It’s a great choice for a power fuel since ir packs so much more protein than regular yogurt! I love the Chobani flavors but the 140 calories make it an occasional splurge for me now since a power fuel is supposed to be 80-120 calories.

As school lunch breaks get earlier to accommodate the number of students in larger school districts, our kids are more likely to come home truly hungry.
