I have a rule now that if I want to buy a book, I need to donate one. Don’t shop at the “poor places” (KMart was one of those, as well as the dollar stores). It’s healthier, and when eggs were incredibly expensive, it was much more economical (still is since I buy flaxmeal in bulk). Try things!
