If you are in more of a hurry, find a thrift store instead. But, find one in a high end neighborhood, one where the store sorts through the donations to select only the best. For example, if you want to buy slightly used home furnishings, find an upscale neighborhood where the kids are mostly grown. Books and DVDs.
