No kids = no money on candy = no candy wrappers in the landfill. No kids = no parties or haunted houses = money saved. We do put up decorations (ones I buy at garage sales or thrift stores and reuse each year). Buy one then sell, donate or exchange it. Tip # 2 Recycle/reuse costumes.

shopping for savings by comparing prices, using coupons, coupon codes and other discounts and making sure they are buying the teacher specified items. learning to give by having them donate last years clothing. I love to shop garage sales. It’s fun for me and it saves my children shopping time and money.
