Tina and I are meeting again tonight to discuss setting up a DFW swap. It's not set in stone yet, but we would probably use a "ticket and take turns" system for the first few rounds (You get a ticket for each item you donate to the swap, we take turns selecting items). Tags: Swap.

So how about we just talk about the Swap instead? Shoes were on the floor. Because we were in hotel space, we had a limited amount of time, so we had to change our plans regarding tickets and taking turns and instead we used an honor system for how many items you brought in vs how many you took.
