Recipe notes: Swap out the vegetables with whatever you like. If you don’t like mustard, you could swap it out for barbecue sauce and make a sweet, barbecue type glaze. If you have leftover pork, my favorite way to use it up is in pork fried rice ! If desired, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
