Start understanding vocabulary and concepts of economics – such as ‘resource’, ‘earn’, ‘income’, price, ‘currency’ and etc. Explain how the checkout process works, point out the employees in the store and talk about what they do. My grandkids were 6 and 3 and they really got into this!
