We also grow a large garden & lots of flowers, fruit trees & a 100-year-old grapevine. Now-I’m a single parent who works part-time, cares for my elder mother, homeschools & runs a farm. From my mother: she taught me mostly everything including checkbook balancing, saving, investing, economics, etc.
