On one of our driving trips, we visited the Shrine of the World Apostolate of Fatima in New Jersey on our way to see a niece at her college. It’s healthier, and when eggs were incredibly expensive, it was much more economical (still is since I buy flaxmeal in bulk). Also we can stop when we want or need to. Try things!
