One package has two tenderloins, so I roasted them both at the same time and we had enough leftovers for two more meals. In a mini food processor, puree the garlic, herbs and olive oil into a paste. Cook once, eat twice: Make tacos with the leftover pork for the next day's lunch or dinner. It is delicious when roasted.

Ingredients. 4 bone in pork chops, at least 1 inch thick. ΒΌ cup unsalted butter. 2 celery stalks, chopped fine. 1 small onion, chopped fine. salt & pepper to taste.
