Sunday: We were still snowed in, and thankfully, we had plenty of food. We ate leftover ham & bean soup, kielbasa, and whatever we felt like eating. Tuesday: I made Burrito Bowls using leftovers from Monday night. I roasted the brussel sprouts on the same pan with the pork and they turned out fantastic.
