Food is usually our the biggest expenditure during our vacation and thankfully our beach condo will have a kitchen. Include breakfasts, lunches, dinners and even snacks in your planning. In the past, I''ve made tacos, lasagna, or enchiladas. I just pack everything in coolers and the food holds up during our drive.

Some of my close friends and family have signed up after hearing me rave about the food and see how well Jamie and I are both doing. I am super excited to try the Loaded Baked Potato since the Cheesy Homestyle Potatoes are my favorite for lunch! I had no idea that Nutrisystem had both shelf stable as well as frozen foods.

I say pretty much because on Friday I had lunch at the conference. It’s so much easier at home when I can control more how my food is cooked but eating out is a part of life! It’s a great choice for a power fuel since ir packs so much more protein than regular yogurt! All of a sudden I now LOVE greek yogurt!

We took an inventory of the food we have on hand and it is SHOCKING how much we truly have when we dig all the way to the back! While it gets repetitive to eat the same thing over, and over, and OVER, I am reminded that I should be thankful to not only have food on our table each night, but to have an abundance of food at that!
